Topics inside one project can draw from the same project workspace, rules, and business context. Each topic still keeps its own execution thread, but the shared project foundation remains available across the project.
Yes. Different projects keep separate memory boundaries by default, so business context does not automatically spill from one project into another.
Yes. If you want to reuse something across projects or topics, you can request it in natural language. Noumi can bring over the relevant memory, structure, or files when needed.
