L3 skills are yours: created from your templates, captured from your workflows, and stored at the project level so they only apply where they belong.
Two ways. First, you can explicitly upload templates, guides, or SOPs to the Agent Training Ground — Noumi analyzes them and extracts the methodology. Second, Noumi pays attention as you work. When it detects a recurring pattern or repeated instruction, it flags it as a candidate skill and asks for your confirmation before saving anything.
Yes. Noumi's built-in library covers four major areas: product, engineering, strategy, and general knowledge work. At onboarding, Noumi recommends a matched set based on your profile. After that, you can browse and install from the full library at any time.

Yes, fully. Every skill in your library is visible and editable. You can inspect the rules it holds, rewrite any of them in plain language, or remove the skill entirely. Nothing persists without your explicit approval.
